What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The situation is very calm at the edge of the fields. The parking situation has changed significantly in Brussels. From 9 am to 8 pm, every day, except Sundays and public holidays: Maximum duration of 2 hours for motorists if they have placed the blue disc legibly behind the windshield, indicating the arrival time. From 8 p.m. to 9 a.m., the blue disc is not obligatory. However, access to a bus is a 5-minute walk away and the tram is a 10-minute walk away.

This 55 m² private 1-bedroom apartment in Japanese Tower is furnished with twin beds and has a fan and opens out onto a balcony. The fully furnished property offers a kitchen with all the essentials, and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery. Brussels City Centre is approximately 8 kilometres away, and you can walk to the beautiful Parc de Laeken in 20 minutes.

Things to keep in mind
