You can pick up your groceries at the Colruyt supermarket, which is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. There are also several options for public transportation, connecting you easily with the city centre.

Evere: Traditionally split into Lower Evere and Upper Evere, this district mainly houses single-family homes and supports the non-polluting, cutting-edge industry. If you’re looking for a place to shop, stop by Chaussee de Louvain and Chaussee de Haecht - two of the main roads with plenty of shops. As it is home to the Evere Station, this district has easy connections to the city centre. While this is mostly a residential area, it also features the headquarters of NATO. Former Belgian champion, BUC Saint Josse Rugby Club, also resides here. The neighborhood has easy access to the city centre and the Brussels airport, making this an ideal location for expats.
