This gorgeous, super modern, 92m² 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the very desirable area, Etterbeek. There is plenty of space and shouldn't be an issue if you have pets. This apartment is super luxurious. It has large open plan and well equipped kitchen decked out in the high quality materials which includes an oven and stove, large granite top breakfast bar and a dishwasher, as well as all your plates and glasses. The spacious living area has a featured wall, color consistent with the rest of the style in the apartment. The common area is furnished with a leather couch, a dining table that can seat 4-6 people, along with a TV. From here, you can access the balcony which overlooks the charming and landscaped gardens with ponds (we hope it has koi fishes in it). It is totally zen and a great place to chill out in during the summer. The balcony can be accessed from the master bedrooms and the living room. The bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and floor to ceiling windows, allowing in plenty of light. The master bedroom bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, as well as a couples' washbasin.

Etterbeek is a central neighborhood and is has a relaxed atmosphere, away from most of the tourist sites but within walking distance or a short Metro connection to other parts of the city. It has an urban feel and good transport links, plenty to keep you entertained including the Parc du Cinquantenaire park which is only a 1-minute walk from the property, ideal for sunny afternoon strolls. There are lots of local stores nearby, including grocery stores just a minute or two's walk. There are also coffee shops and restaurants in the same area.

  • The views of the landscaped gardens are so tranquil and you can wake up to it every morning.
  • The location is ideal for access to the highway, airport and downtown.
  • This is one of Brussels' most desirable areas to live in.
