What we liked the most

  • Heading out for an afternoon of exploration – Arcades du Cinquantenaire is worth the walk.
  • Impressing your guests with the view – nice.
  • Recovering on the sofa after a busy day – cold one in hand, we're sure.

Things to keep in mind

  • There's no washing machine – acquaint yourself with the laundromat, which is only 3-minutes away after all.
  • No elevator? To my 3rd floor apartment? It's more likely than you'd think – familiarise yourself with the stairs.

To pay on move in

Your security deposit will be held by the landlord during your stay. It will be returned to you after you leave, minus the cost of any damages caused during the tenancy.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.
