  • The apartment has double glazed windows, helping insulate outside noise.
  • There is gas heating for the cold winter months.
  • This home is fitted with LED bulbs, which will help keep the electricity bill low.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen only has a small refrigerator.
  • The living room and bathroom are located on the second floor and have rather low ceilings.
  • The building does not have an elevator.
