What we liked the most

  • This is an incredibly spacious apartment making it an ideal apartment for couples, there is a great deal of built-in storage space in both bedrooms while the living area and separate dining area offer an open and relaxed atmosphere. With a large open plan living and dining area, this is also great if you enjoy entertaining.
  • The apartment features a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
  • The skylights in the entrance illuminate the apartment and offer a welcoming feel, the windows in the rest of the apartment allow for a lot of light and give quaint views of the rooftops of Belgian city centre buildings around.
  • The city centre location and access to public transport means that anywhere within Brussels is within reach in a short space of time. Professionals may enjoy the vibrant Brussels nightlife on their doorstep but within a quiet attic apartment.
  • It is an attic apartment on the fourth floor so the elevator will definitely be welcome while moving in and especially after a long day of work.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is fairly small in comparison to the rest of the apartment yet it has all of the necessary equipment, including an oven and is open plan with the dining are and living space making it feel bigger than it is.
  • The decor in the living area for the moment is quite reserved, yet this allows the tenant to establish a space unique to their tastes.

Getting around


In the centre of Brussels, it does not take long to get to the European Institutions or the financial district, meaning that you can live in the heart of the city without having to worry about a tiring morning commute. The Rogier Metro which connects with lines 2 and 6 is only five minutes on foot from the apartment while the Rogier Tram is the same distance and connects with lines 3, 4 and 32. The Rogier bus stop is closer at 3-4 minutes and connects with lines 47, 58, 88, 128, 129, 212, 214, 230, 231, 232, 240, 241, 242, 243 and 245. With so many to choose from, getting around Brussels will not be a hassle at all! Tram line 55 is also only 5 minutes from the apartment and Gare du Nord is a pleasant 12 minutes walk and will allow you to get to the airport and around Belgium should you desire!
