This spacious flat features big windows that let in plenty of light and there is a living room area with a TV and a dining area with a refrigerator.

The kitchen and bathroom are both located outside of the flat in the common area, but both are only for the use of the tenant of the apartment. The bedroom is on the upper floor, and the bathroom is accessible via this room. This 1 bedroom apartment would be ideal for couples, as it offers ample space for 2 tenants.

This apartment is situated on Rue du Trône in Ixelles. The local area is diverse, with plenty of dining and entertainment options within walking distance. The center of Brussels is a 20-minute walk away, or a 10-minute bus ride away. You will be living near the European Quarter, and Brussels-Luxembourg train station.
