Located in the exciting Ixelles neighborhood, this beautiful shared 4-bedroom apartment of 80 m² has rooms to rent. The lovely, spacious property has parquet floors, big windows, and chic, modern decoration throughout. In the large kitchen and dining area you will find a dining table for 6, an electric stove, 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher, and plenty of storage and counter space. There is an open floor plan that leads into one of the two living rooms. All of the bedrooms have private showers and sinks, and there are other great common amenities such as a washing machine, WiFi, and optional parking.

Rue du Trône is close to public transport, shopping centers, a supermarket, and several parks. You will be living near the European Parliament and Brussels-Luxembourg train station. The neighborhood has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Brussels.

What we liked the most

  • This house is tastefully decorated with chic touches and comfortable furnishings.
  • We love the open floor plan in the big kitchen, dining, and living area. This is a wonderful place for entertaining or relaxing with friends.
  • There is optional parking available for an additional cost.
  • Ixelles offers a wonderful mix of people, trendy shops, and great restaurants.
  • You will be living near the European Parliament and the Brussels-Luxembourg train station.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 2 and 4 share a toilet room, while bedrooms 1 and 3 have a complete ensuite bathroom.
  • Bills: Provisions for charges if 2 people per room: + 200€

How to book

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
