While other neighborhoods are heavily populated by expats, most Dutch speakers choose to reside in Koekelberg. Spend your days in the shade of Basilica, the fifth largest church in the world, or stroll down the park and stop by one of the family owned restaurants with authentic Dutch cuisine. Still reachable by metro, it will take you only 15 minutes to get to the city centre using lines 2 or 6.

What we liked the most

  • Both bedrooms are spacious, featuring comfortable beds, desks, and storage space.
  • Parc Elisabeth is just seconds away!
  • The closest train station, Simons, can be reached in 2 minutes on foot.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 2 is located on the upper floor, along with the bathroom and the toilet.
  • The kitchen has a small oven, a stove, and several other appliances, including a coffee machine.
