Neighborhood information

The Forest district is home of the same named monastery, built in 1105 and restored in 20th century after being destroyed by the fire. This mainly residential neighborhood also hosts two beautiful parks - Parc de Forest and Dudenpark. Due to its greenery and friendly atmosphere it has become an excellent choice for families and couples who are settling down into a life away from the more expensive and always-buzzing city centre. Many of the district’s roads are wide and resemble the picturesque streets of England. The area has plenty of metro stations and you’ll be able to reach the city centre in just a few minutes.

Flatmates

  • Tenants will be sharing the property with the landlady who lives on the the first and ground floors.

What we liked the most

  • Bedroom 1's elevated bedroom area is a clever way to make the most use of the space.
  • There is plenty of storage available with the property so you will have no problem keeping your space neat and tidy.
  • The skylight window lets in plenty of natural light.
  • This area is ideal for nature lovers as the property is right next to a park where you can escape the city and relax outdoors.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no oven available with the property but there is both a stove and a microwave.
