This large 210 m² property in Brussels City Center has been split into self-contained flats. The ground level is occupied by the landlady's daughter, and floors 2 and 3 are set up as 2-bedroom apartments, each offering individual rooms to rent, a kitchen and 1 bathroom. Rent includes all bills and a cleaning service of common areas.

As you can expect from this central location, the property is surrounded by shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. You will find plenty of public transport nearby, and Brussels Park, the largest park in the city, is a short walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has a convenient central location and is close to public transport.
  • There is a complete kitchen and dining table on each level.
  • Both rooms receive plenty of natural light.
  • There is central heating throughout the apartment.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine and dryer are located in a shared laundry room on the 1st floor.

With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
