This gorgeous 350 m², 8-bedroom house in Ixelles has multiple rooms available to rent. The whole property has been recently renovated and provides a cozy home with high ceilings, wooden floor boards, and stylish decor. The main shared areas are on the ground floor including access to the large terrace. There are bathrooms to share on each floor.

The house is in the residential district of Ixelles, located south of the city center. The area is surrounded by parks and is well-connected by trams and buses. This is a great location for students, located between 2 university campuses.

What we liked the most

  • It is rare to find a shared house of such exceptionally high quality! It's gorgeous!
  • The whole house has central heat – necessary in winter.
  • The living room and dining room area have an open layout creating a great space to relax with roommates.
  • All the bedrooms come with a private key.
  • The kitchen has new appliances and 2 refrigerators.
  • There is a common laundry room in the basement.
  • The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk to the Universite Libre de Bruxelles and a tram ride to Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

Things to keep in mind

  • There are quite a lot of stairs in the property.
