There is 1 room for rent in this 200 m² house in Koekelberg with a live-in landlady and a spacious terrace with stunning street views. This house also comes with a garden area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a toilet room.

With the beautiful Elisabeth park a short walk away, this is a peaceful neighbourhood with several restaurants serving authentic Dutch cuisine. The city centre of Brussels is a short distance away on public transport and there are multiple stations close by.

What we liked the most

  • The terrace is luminous and bright.
  • There is a small table and chairs in the garden area.
  • The house is nicely decorated.
  • The kitchen has a double sink.
  • You will find a supermarket close to the house to stock up on groceries.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a living area but this is for the landlady only. However, tenants have access to the terrace, garden and the dining area.
