Located in the lively district of Saint Gilles is this lovely 400 m², 10-bedroom house. The rooms available to rent vary in size but have wood flooring, a private or shared bathroom, and come fully furnished with stylish and modern decor. Each room has unique colors and furniture to create a warm atmosphere. The main common area is the large living room divided into a sitting area and a dining area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

Saint Gilles is a popular neighborhood due to it's youthful and bohemian ambiance. The neighborhood is diverse, has beautiful homes, and offers plenty to do day or night. On Avenue du Parc, you are only a 6-minute away from the lovely Parc de Forest and are surrounded by cute neighborhood cafes, restaurants, and other basic amenities.

What we liked the most

  • Most of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom.

  • Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom.
  • Bedrooms 9 and 10 share a bathroom.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
