The tranquil treat

Because I want somewhere peaceful to relax

Will I like it here?

Most likely.

Are you looking for something in a quiet part of town, where you can stretch your legs and unwind? This could be it.

Really? Tell me more...

You’ll love your spacious bedroom. You're certainly not cramped in the kitchen, but you've got even more space in your room to grab a book, get comfy on the sofa and lose yourself in the pages.

We think this apartment is great for women looking for a little peace and quiet. It's a laid-back local spot, with plenty of green spaces like Josaphat Park. You're well connected to city centre here too.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • The bedroom has plenty of room to stretch out.
  • The kitchen is modern and full of natural light.
  • The neighbourhood is quiet, with plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy.

But you need to know this...

  • The landlady had not installed the washing machine and dryer when we went to visit, but they'll be there by the time you arrive.

And this...

  • The landlady will be living in the apartment with you.
  • She also asks that after 10pm, noise is kept to a minimum. Not the place for raging parties, then.

Your Home-checker, Mariana, said:

“I loved this property. It’s in a quiet area with great connections, and you'll be staying with a really nice landlady."

Help me make up my mind...

This is a beautiful 1st floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Gustave Latinislaan, Brussels. You'll be living with a live-in landlady, and can enjoy a modern kitchen and dining area, plus a spacious bedroom.

We think this apartment is great for women (couples welcome) looking for a quiet, residential spot. You're just a stone's throw from Josaphat Park and a nice collection of local shops.
