The apartment is completely renovated, featuring parquet flooring, and tenants will share the modern, completely equipped kitchen with their roommates. Both rooms come fully furnished with double beds and are luminous, exterior, and equipped with double-pane windows to keep out street noise.

This apartment is situated on Chaussee de Wavre in Ixelles; one of the most authentic and stylish areas of the city. The European Parliament is a few minutes' walk away, while the Brussels-Luxemburg train station is across the street.
