Spotahome is proud to present spacious rooms for rent in a family house on Eversestraat in the area of Sint-Stevens-Woluwe. You will be sharing this property with the live-in landlady and her daughter who have their own private living room and kitchen. There are 4 rented bedrooms in the house, which share a kitchen on the 2nd floor, while the landlady and her daughter have a separate kitchen. There is 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet room on each floor, each bedroom will be sharing a toilet room with 1 other person. The large house also benefits from having a private outdoor swimming pool (to be completed by summer 2017) where you can relax after a long day.
You will have easy access to the city centre as there are plenty of bus services operating in this well-connected area.
