What we liked the most

  • One of the highlights of the flat is the balcony, a relaxing space with sixth floor views of the surrounding rooftops. There is another interior balcony, which can be accessed by all three bedrooms.
  • You will be living with those around the same age, as the landlord prefers tenants around the age of 25-35.
  • With various public transport methods within a few minutes' walk, getting around Brussels with be hassle-free.
  • The modern and spacious kitchen comes equipped with amenities such as an oven and dishwasher- a food lover's dream!
  • The spacious living room features a fireplace and plenty of shelving space.
  • There is a washing machine in the apartment, allowing tenants to do their laundry in their own home.

Things to keep in mind

  • Though not pictured in the photos and video, a TV will be provided in the living room.
  • There are two shared toilet rooms and a bathroom with a sink and shower. Bedroom 1 has a private shower room with a sink.
