What we liked the most

  • Each bedroom for rent is spacious and fully furnished with all necessary amenities.
  • The property also has a laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
  • The kitchen is fully furnished, featuring plenty of cupboards for storing your food.
  • You will be living very close to the picturesque Jubelpark, where you can relax after a hard working day.
  • Several metro stations, bus stations and tramway stations are just a short walk away from the apartment.

Things to keep in mind

  • The house has three shared bathrooms, however, some of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom.
  • There is a common laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Your booking needs to start on the first day the property becomes available.

Half of the security deposit needs to be paid through the landlord's website after the booking confirmation. The other half will be paid at the moment of the move-in.
