This spacious 150 sqm shared flat offers seven rooms for rent with all utilities included in the monthly rent. Each of these kots are fully furnished, including a heating unit, Wi-Fi, and an independent key. Residents will share use of two showers, two toilets and one common area featuring the kitchen, a dining table, washing machine and dryer. Grand Place is only five minutes away and Gare de Bruxelles-Central is 12 minutes away on foot. These comfortable rooms are suitable for both students and interns.
What we liked the most
- All of the kots, or rooms, for rent are similarly equipped with a bed, desk and storage space.
- There is a selection of rooms to choose from, which have windows either facing the street or an interior courtyard.
- For added security, each room has an independent key.
- The shared kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and comes with a dishwasher.
- There is a shelving unit in the hallway adjoining the kitchen with allocated space for each person to store their food.
- Rent includes all bills, making it easier to manage your monthly budget.
Things to keep in mind
- Residents have an average age of 23 years of age, making these rooms ideal for young people.
