This peaceful 35 m² studio is modern and bright, featuring a spacious living area with a sofa bed and a kitchen corner. Fully renovated, the apartment building features studios only and comes with a common laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

You will be located close to Parc de Woluwe and Jubelpark and the city centre is just a 20 minute tramway ride away. The European Commission is also not far away.

What we liked the most

  • The sofa in the living room expands into a comfortable bed.
  • The studio has plenty of storage and large built-in wardrobes.
  • The window faces a peaceful garden.
  • Though compact, this studio features sleek pieces of furniture and an American kitchen with ample counter space.
