This 30 m² studio apartment for rent has been fully renovated and provides an elegant and cosy home for working professionals. The kitchen is all white with wooden countertops and country-style windows, providing that instant comfort of home. There is a double bed, standalone wardrobe, desk, and a small dining table. There are 2 small windows, but they let in plenty of natural light. The studio also has a huge and stylish bathroom.
The apartment is located south of the city centre in Ixelles. Ixelles is one of the city's most diverse neighbourhoods with plenty of restaurants where you can try authentic international dishes. The area is also full of shops and outdoor markets. You are only a 10 to 15-minute walk to the city centre, but can also jump on the bus or metro.
What we liked the most
- The studio has been fully renovated and the apartment feels new and fresh.
- The bathroom has beautiful marble tiling and is quite spacious.
- Despite being in the basement, you receive a good amount of natural light.
- The kitchen has modern appliances and you also have a TV.
- The studio is well connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro.
- You can reach the city centre in just a 10 to 15-minute walk.
Things to keep in mind
- The studio is located in the basement of a house, but you have complete privacy.
- The washing machine and dryer are located in a shared laundry room.
