Spotahome's opinion

This cosy semi-independent studio for rent in Saint-Gilles, close to the city centre, is a bargain. The apartment comprises a loft room, which is the bedroom, living room and kitchen, with a double bed, a wardrobe, a table with 2 chairs, and a kitchenette. The window is a skylight, through which you have great views of the surrounding neighbourhoods. The bathroom is separate from the studio, and is shared with other studios in the building.

You will be living in a fantastic area, just a few minute's walk from the city centre, and surrounded by shopping, restaurants and bars. There are great public transport options, and several popular and pretty parks nearby.

What we liked the most

  • The view from the skylight is very pretty.
  • The furnishings and fittings are new and modern.
  • Fans of Italian food will want to walk down the nearby Rue Jourdan, which is lined almost exclusively by Italian restaurants!
  • Shoppers will find plenty to keep them occupied, with several high-end and boutique stores in the area, along with high-street stores.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not have an oven, but it has an electric stove.
