What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Modern studio in a small residence near Sq. Ambiorix. 5-7 minutes walk to Schuman metro station and the EU Commission. Comfortable double bed Private bathroom and furnished equipped kitchenette.
This residential area is appreciated for its safety, the large parks nearby and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking in this area is generally not a problem during the day but can be tricky after 7 pm. The street is quiet (one-way street) and leads on to Square Ambiorix.

This bright studio apartment on Rue John Waterloo Wilson, in the European Quarter, is 30 m² and offers an open-plan kitchen, living, and sleeping area that has a double bed, desk and a wardrobe. The apartment also has a bathroom that has a shower, big mirror and storage space.
The apartment is located in a nice and central area that is very well-connected to the rest of the city. You will have the lovely Ambiorix Square just 4-minutes from your front door, as well as a good selection of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and theaters nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is in a central area with parks, gyms and grocery stores nearby.
- The apartment has big windows which let in plenty of natural light.
- There is a desk for you to study or work.
- You will have access to a common washing machine and dryer so you can easily get your laundry done.
- You won't find it hard to make your way around the city as the area is very well-connected.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven, but there is an electric stove-top.
- There is no TV.
- You will be on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
