What we liked the most

  • This studio apartment in Ixelles is cosy and stylish, the decor is inviting. Lots of natural light comes through the interior and exterior facing windows which make the space feel greater
  • Close to the center, European Institutions and a walking distance from Porte de Namur, the studio is surrounded by lively squares with trendy bars and restaurants and lots of outdoor terraces, there is always something to do!
  • There are plenty of grocers, supermarkets and other amenities such as the laundrette nearby
  • There is a great deal of storage event though it is a studio as the wardrobe is large *There is a good-sized bathroom with a design and layout which makes the space feel clean and fresh.

Things to keep in mind

  • The skylights are fairly small, yet there are two: one interior and one exterior, ensuring light throughout the day and they are double-glazed which should keep the apartment temperate and quiet.
  • There are no washing facilities in the apartment however there is a laundrette nearby.
