Things to keep in mind

  • Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
  • The kitchen does not have an oven and the apartment does not provide a washing machine, however, you can use a fully functioning stove in the kitchen and a launderette in the area.
  • The toilet room, located on the ground floor, is shared with the tenant of another apartment in the building.

The apartment is also located nearby a tramway station as well as a bus station, allowing plenty public transportation options. You can reach the Université Libre de Bruxelles in just 20 minutes with tramway lines 7 and 25 from the Arsenal station and Vrije university is just a 15 minute walk away.
