The interior of this property is organised in a spacious layout, as you have a comfortable living area, a partially equipped kitchen, and a bedroom area with a double bed. The bedroom can be separated from the living room with a blind for extra privacy.

This spacious studio apartment is located on Rue du Trône in Ixelles, a well know, upmarket area where there is plenty to see and do. The district in which the studio is situated is known for being culturally diverse and quite upscale. You will be living a few minutes from the European Quarter, and Brussels-Luxembourg train station is 7 minutes away.

The apartment is located is in a quiet area.
As this is a studio apartment, the interior is quite easy to clean.
As it is situated in a vibrant and bustling neighborhood, you will never get bored.
You will be living near the European Quarter and Brussels-Luxembourg train station.
