A beautiful, pet-friendly studio apartment is for rent in the Ixelles neighborhood of Brussels. The highlight of this studio is definitely the lovely terrace that leads to the common garden: furnished with patio furniture, this space is filled with greenery and is perfect for hosting friends or playing sports. The studio comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a double bed, large sofa, TV, dining table, and storage space.

Situated on Rue du Trone, this apartment is ideal for those working at the European Parliament, as the HQ is located a few minutes' walk away. The Google Belgium headquarters is 13 minutes away on foot, and there are various museums and monuments in the surrounding area. The neighborhood of Ixelles is diverse and central, making it a popular choice for many residents.

What we liked the most

  • Despite being a studio, the kitchen is fully equipped and features all necessary amenities for cooking, including an oven and a microwave.
  • The view from the windows is lovely: it looks out to the green-filled garden enclosed by brick walls.
  • Tenants have private use of the patio located at the entrance of the studio. This space leads to the common garden, a vast green space perfect for playing a game of football!
  • As the entire property is renovated, it features beautiful wooden floors and modern furnishings.

How to book
