A modern, 60 m² studio apartment is available to rent in the elegant Ixelles area. You have access to optional parking and a shared garden. The interior of the property is spacious, and decorated with very stylish furniture. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, one bathroom, a living area with a television, a double bed, and good storage space for personal belongings. This flat also offers a washing machine and central heating for those cold winter months.

The apartment is located on Rue du Trône, in the popular neighbourhood of Ixelles, close to the European Parliament, the metro and Brussels-Luxemburg station. You can get to beautiful Leopold Park in only 10 minutes on foot, and Brussels City Centre is approximately 2 kilometres away.

What we liked the most

  • This modern studio apartment is equipped with stylish furniture, and has an attractive and sophisticated living space.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped, including cutlery, glasses, dinnerware and cooking utensils such as pots and pans.
  • The living area features a comfortable sofa placed in front of a television, and a glass dining table with four chairs.
  • There are four large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
  • Parking can be arranged at an extra cost.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no conventional oven in this apartment, but you will find an electric oven instead.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
