Incredible apartment in Ciudad Jardín in a block of flats with elevator. Brand new, with modern decoration, very bright and fully equipped kitchen with all you need:refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machines, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Very bright and Spacious living-dining room with television, a perfect space to spent your evenings, relax, study or have a meal together with your flatmates. Two complete bathrooms one with shower and one with a totally new bathtub, 4 comfortable and modern rooms with all students essentials.Spectacular place to live in very quiet area close to everything you need for your daily life:, supermarkets, entertainment, tourist attractions, theatres, gyms.Only one minute from the Victoria gardens, 7 min walk from train and bus station, 5 min walk from University of Cordoba and old veterinary faculty.

Your rent will be 5 months at €200 = €1000, divided evenly between the 2 months of your stay, = €500 per month. Note: in the months of July and August, stays of less than 5 months are permitted for the monthly price shown on the advert.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
