Our apartment is a very spacious 110m2 penthouse located on the top floor of a modern building with elevator. It is made up of three double bedrooms, with two beds in each room and two full bathrooms, one bathroom has a shower and the other a long bathtub . The living room is fully equipped and has a very comfortable sofa. There is a long glass table with chairs. In the kitchen you can prepare all kinds of dishes and meals, it is very equipped, it even has a dishwasher and dryer. There is also a large kitchen table that you can use as a study table.
The apartment has a beautiful terrace with table and chairs as well as two hammocks for sunbathing, the terrace is accessed through the living room or the main room.
The apartment has central air conditioning and central heating as well. The Wi-Fi is high speed by fiber optic system.
It is currently the most fashionable area in the whole city, it is a privileged place due to its location, ideal for living, for working and for spending a few days on vacation in Barcelona. Everything is very close in Poble Nou !! The beach is very close and you can walk, there are different public transports and you can reach all places in the city.
