This cosy 1-bedroom apartment on Clareville Road, in Terenure, is fully furnished. The property has a spacious living room with a couple of comfortable armchairs, an open-plan kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a neatly tiled bathroom. There is also a lovely garden that you will be sharing with the landlords who live on the property.

The apartment is located in Terenure, a quiet residential neighborhood south of the city centre. Even though this leafy suburb is quite removed from the action, you'll still find everything you need nearby - from grocery stores and supermarkets, to bars, restaurants, and cafes.

What we liked the most

  • Hit Kenilworth Square for a morning run or simply to spend some quiet time in nature - it's only a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
  • Heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
  • The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to cook.
  • The garden is perfect for getting your daily dose of vitamin D.

Things to keep in mind

  • The landlords, a couple in their 30s, and their son live in the same property.
  • The landlord agreed to put a bed in the bedroom. He will send a picture once he has the bed.
  • Deposit to be paid in advance.
  • 1 months' notice must be given before leaving.
  • Repairs to any items in the apartment to be undertaken by the tenants.
