The tech quay

Because I want to live in Silicon Docks

Will I like it here?

Possibly. Do you want to be close to technological giants and start-ups? Look no more. You’ll fall head-over-heels for this cool 2-bedroom flat close to the Grand Canal.

Really? Tell me more...

You’ll love the unique risqué artwork – definite conversation starters. Watch the sun rise and set over the water from your balcony. The kitchen is equipped. There are two bathrooms.

We think it’s terrific for those who want to be close to tech companies. Facebook is down the street, and so is Starbucks. Meet friends at unique gastrobars and hip restaurants.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • Drink in the view from your balcony.
  • Entertain in your trendy living room.
  • Enjoy being close to tech giants and startups.

But you need to know this...

  • There isn’t an air conditioner – you won’t need one often living in Dublin, though.
