  • When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
  • Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
  • When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

Rent for this property is not payable monthly, but in two installments:The first installment must be paid prior to the move-in date, and the second installment is due on or before the mid of the tenancy.

There are 3 dates available for the second semester:

  2. ‘05/01/2023 to 31/05/2023’
  3. ‘12/01/2023 to 31/05/2023’

  • Additional documentation:
    • Proof of identity (photo ID, eg; driver's licence, passport)
    • Proof of solvency (eg; work contract, bank statement, proof of student loan status, proof of any other source of income)
  • Deposit payment is required in advance of the move-in date
  • Your landlord speaks: English, Italian
  • Your landlord does not live on the property
  • Overnight guests allowed once a week and Management need to be informed in advance
  • Check-in/ Check-out hours: from 16:00/ by 12:00
  • 1 set of bed linen included
  • Weekly room cleaning available for €30/week
