The first floor is where you will find the available bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed, heating unit, and walk in wardrobe, as well as the landlady's studio and bedroom. The second floor contains the luxurious living room and modern, well equipped kitchen. The landlady prefers responsible and independent tenants.
