The ground floor consists of spacious communal areas while you can find the two rooms and the rooms of the landlord on the second floor. Parking space is provided and tenants will be provided with all necessary amenities. Dun Laoghaire is a picturesque residential area with plenty of shops as well as bus routes leading to the city centre.
