This house can be found in Terenure. This area is Dublin’s typical residential suburb, mainly known for the Terenure Cross which has a special mention in James Joyce’s Ulysses. In fact, you will often come across James Joyce's name in this district , however, many actors, writers and musicians also chose to once reside in this charming area. Terenure has also been a victim of the World War II, but has managed to bring itself back to its feet over the years and is now home to a few primary schools and colleges, creating a perfect area for a young family.

  • Tenants will be sharing this property with the live-in landlady, a friendly Irish woman in her late 50's. Her daughter is thinking of moving back to the property.
