  • Tenants can park their car in the front yard.
  • The fully equipped kitchen also provides access to the large garden.

Things to keep in mind

  • Please note that a 5-year-old child lives on the property.
  • There are 2 outdoor cats, not great for anyone with allergies.
  • The landlady would prefer the tenant not to enter her living room. Tenants have their own living room in the room next door.
