What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The apartment is bright and warm. It is kept very clean and tidy at all times. The rooms have comfortable beds, good storage and are supplied with bed linen and towels. The area is well connected by bus and train. There is a night bus serving the area too. The train takes seven minutes to reach Heuston Station and there is another commuter train, which takes twenty five minutes to Connolly station.

The spacious living room has comfortable sofas and opens out onto a lovely spacious balcony that overlooks the street.

Cherry Orchard is a predominantly residential area in the West of Dublin. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of shops and supermarkets, and very close to Park West Business and Industrial centre. A train station, just a 2-minute walk away, can bring you to Heuston station in just 7 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • The spacious living room has comfortable leather sofas and a coffee table.
  • The balcony is furnished with a small table and chairs.
  • You will be within easy walking distance of plenty of shops and supermarkets.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine.
  • The bedroom is very tidy and gets lots of sunlight.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no TV or broadband on the property. The landlady uses her mobile internet and there is good 4G coverage in the area. A small dog is in the property
