Neighborhood information

While Clontarf does not have a village centre, this village was historically split into two parts - one towards the city and the Vernon Avenue which was known as the fishing village. This seaside neighborhood is well connected to the city centre and a home to picturesque residential houses. A bus service can take you into the city centre in just 30 minutes!

Flatmates

  • Tenants will be sharing the property with the landlady, a female professional in her 30's.

What we liked the most

  • The terrace is a fantastic addition to the property, ideal for relaxing on sunny days or simply drying laundry.
  • The kitchen is large and bright, offering a comfortable space to cook and eat your meals.
  • There is an oven as well as a stove, so you can prepare whatever you choose.
  • The living room has multiple big sofas, perfect for lounging on after a long day at work.
  • Clontarf would make a lovely home for those who enjoy peace and quiet but want access to the city as well.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no private parking available with the property but with the train station very nearby and other amenities within walking distance, you may find you do not need a car.
