The living room available to the tenants is for their private use and conveniently opens up to the large backyard garden. The kitchen is the other, very spacious, common area that has a laundry room and an elegant wooden dining table. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a toilet room downstairs to share.

Clonee is a beautiful residential neighborhood in northwest Dublin. The house is in a cul-de-sac street, so it is a very quiet and peaceful environment. There is a bus stop across the street from the house, which takes you to the city center, but plenty of pubs and shops just a 20-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The garden is huge with a wooden patio great for eating outdoors.
  • The living room is quite cosy and comes furnished with a couch and flat- screen tv
  • The bedrooms face the garden and receive plenty of sunlight.
  • The kitchen is very spacious and comes fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove top, oven, dishwasher, and a small laundry room.
  • There is 1 full bathroom upstairs and a toilet room downstairs to share.
  • The full bathroom upstairs is for the private use of the tenants.
  • You are 20 minutes away from the city center by car, or 40 minutes by bus.
