The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a large, vintage fridge, a microwave, and a table with chairs. There is a shed in the backyard that has a washing machine in it. The bathroom is contemporary and very spacious, and it has a heater inside it.
The Beaumont area is a quiet, residential part of Dublin. Well-connected to the city centre by public transportation, this area is full of shops, restaurants, and pubs.

- There is a nice fireplace in the shared living room, which is perfect for relaxing by the fire in colder months.
- One bedroom for rent has 2 beds, one double and one single.
