Rooms are for rent to females only in a stunningly presented 3-bedroom flat in Belmayne. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a modern building. Inside, the flat is beautifully decorated with wooden floors throughout. There is a huge living and dining area with plenty of sofa space, a dining table, and a balcony; and an up-to-date kitchen with all manner of appliances. The landlady lives on the property.

The apartment is located in Belmayne, a residential suburb which is about 15-20 minutes from the centre of Dublin by bus. It is close to Clare Hall shopping centre where you can find a Tesco.
