Rooms are available to rent in a stunning house in Monkstown, to share with the live-in landlord. The house is very large and spread over 3 floors, so tenants would have their own living areas. In the basement there is a huge kitchen and living area which has been decorated to a very high standard, with exposed stonework and wooden floors. The cooking area itself has all the appliances you would need, including a range cooker, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there is another living room and a dining room, both of which are very spacious and elegantly furnished. The magnificent shared bathroom has a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub.

The property is situated right next to the beach in Monkstown, not far from UCD. You would be within walking distance of Monkstown town centre which has lots of nice shops and cafés. Seapoint DART station is just a 4-minute walk away. Trains into Dublin city centre take about 15-20 minutes.
