The house is very spacious and has been decorated to a very high standard, and there are wooden floors throughout. There is a huge and sunny kitchen with all the appliances you would need, and patio windows looking out onto the garden. There is also an upscale living room and a smaller TV room. The bedrooms and shared bathrooms are on the upper floors.

Clontarf is a beautiful seaside residential area just a short hop outside of Dublin. You are just a short walk from the seaside and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The 130 bus stops just a few metres from the house and will take you right into central Dublin.

What we liked the most

  • Our favourite room is the very spacious kitchen, which gets loads of sunlight and looks onto the beautiful garden.
  • There are two living rooms to choose from, each with comfy seating and a large TV.
  • The house feels modern, luxurious and warm.
  • Clontarf is a fantastic place to live; close to the sea and just a short bus ride away from Dublin's city centre.
