Rooms are available for rent to female students in this family home in Knocklyon. The rooms are all well decorated and furnished, as is the rest of the house. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and includes a large dining table. There is also a well equipped laundry room.
This is a peaceful suburb, connected by bus to the city centre. Near the house is a small commercial area where you can find a SuperValu supermarket along with a Post Office, a pharmacy, and other local shops.
Please notice there is no common room.

- The large kitchen has plenty of storage space.
- Each of the rooms is calmly decorated and quite spacious.
- Local shops are just a few minutes from the house.
- Bus 15 can take you directly to the city centre.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a cat living in the house.
- This landlord does not accept tenants from December 24th to January 1st as she hosts her family every year for the Holidays. Tenants will not be able to stay for this week.
