Rooms are available for rent in this large family home on Chapelizod Road. The house is a huge, modern, and ultra-stylish home, which you will share with the landlady and her family. Downstairs is a large, open plan living area and kitchen, with access to the garden, and the landlords' private area, plus a bathroom and the laundry room. Upstairs is the second shared bathroom, and the 3 bedrooms available to rent.
The location of this house is fantastic, close to bus routes into the city centre, and next to the huge and gorgeous Phoenix Park, making this an ideal location for somebody who loves to walk or run surrounded by greenery. You will also find the River Liffey nearby, and there are useful amenities within a few minute's walk, including a Spar convenience store.

- We love the ultra-modern style of the house, with clean lines and bright, cool spaces.
- The kitchen is very well equipped, with plenty of room for everybody in the home to cook without getting in each others' way.
- You will be living right next door to the huge Phoenix Park, where you can while away many an hour walking or jogging and enjoying nature.
