The location of this house is fantastic, close to bus routes into the city centre, and next to the huge and gorgeous Phoenix Park, making this an ideal location for somebody who loves to walk or run surrounded by greenery. You will also find the River Liffey nearby, and there are useful amenities within a few minute's walk, including a Spar convenience store.

  • The kitchen is very well equipped, with plenty of room for everybody in the home to cook without getting in each others' way.
  • You will be living right next door to the huge Phoenix Park, where you can while away many an hour walking or jogging and enjoying nature.
