In the dining room you will find plenty of overhead storage space and 2 stylish breakfast bar style islands for you to eat your meals at, very sleek. As you go through to the kitchen you will a bright room that is fully equipped with modern appliances, including 2 large fridges, which is ideal for shared living.

The property is located on Rosemount Malahide road in Malahide, near Whitehall, Dublin. The surrounding area is full of everything you will need in day to day life, such as pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc, but even so...being this close to the city centre to don't have to travel far to find much much more.

What we liked the most

  • The front door has beautiful stain glass windows.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped.
  • There is lots of seating space in the living room.
  • The living room is large and bright, perfect environment to socialise in.
  • There is access to a gorgeous, private back garden, great for the summer months.
  • There is a washing machine and a dryer, doing laundry has never been easier.
  • The surrounding area is full of everything you will need in day to day life.
  • There is a bus stop that has many services that go from directly outside the property to the centre of Dublin.

Things to keep in mind

  • Throughout the property there is only 1 bathroom which is not ideal for a potential 10 tenants.

Bedroom 1 is a large space with 2 single beds, a standalone wardrobe, which has 2 separate compartments 1 for each tenant, so you don't have to share or compromise much space. There is also a desk and chair, which is an ideal space for you to do your work or homework at.
