This spacious 3-bedroom house on Reuben Avenue, in the Old City has furnished rooms for rent. You will be sharing this property with a live-in landlady, a 50-year-old woman who enjoys theatre, drama, and music. She is a vegetarian and would prefer to live with someone who is also a vegetarian. Non-vegetarians are welcome and may consume meat, however, cooking of meat in the kitchen is not permitted. The property has lots of character, with lovely polished wooden floors, chandeliers, feature fireplaces, and classic detailing. The landlady is a quiet 50-year-old woman and lives in the house.

The house is located in the Old City, and right in the heart of Dublin. This spot is ideal for students or anyone working in the city centre, and is within walking distance of many of the city's best attractions.

  • There is a spacious dining room, comfortable living room, equipped kitchen and tidy tiled bathroom.
  • The bedrooms are all well furnished.
  • There is a lovely feature fireplace in the living room.

  • The galley kitchen is fully equipped to cook.

Before you book, let’s meet Anna – she's the landlady and will be living in the property with you.

Anna loves theatre, drama, and music. She keeps a tidy house and would like to get to know you during your stay.

Most importantly, she shares her home with a cat called Molly.
